 Cabin crew seats are among the most safety-critical components of an aircraft cabin, playing a direct role in ensuring the safety of both flight attendants and passengers. These seats are specifically designed for use during critical phases of flight such as takeoff, landing, and emergency conditions, and must maintain the highest levels of reliability, strength, and safety performance.

 Due to their safety-critical function, aviation regulations and technical requirements mandate periodic inspections, maintenance, and overhaul of cabin crew seats as part of the aircraft maintenance program. These inspections include structural evaluations, folding or stowable mechanisms, locking systems, safety harnesses, attachment fittings to the aircraft structure, energy-abs or bing components, and compliance with strength and flammability standards.

 The overhaul process for cabin crew seats at IRSA is carried out in acc or dance with manufacturer technical manuals (AMM / CMM), cabin safety standards, and aviation auth or ity requirements. During this process, the seats are completely disassembled, all components are th or oughly inspected, and parts are repaired, refurbished, or replaced as necessary. Following final reassembly, comprehensive functional, safety, and structural tests are conducted to ensure full readiness f or operational and emergency conditions.

 صندلی‌های مهمانداران هواپیما از اجزای ایمنی‌محور و بسیار حیاتی کابین به شمار می‌روند که نقش مستقیمی در حفظ ایمنی خدمه پروازی و مسافران ایفا می‌کنند. این صندلی‌ها به‌طور ویژه برای استفاده در مراحل حساس پرواز از جمله تیک‌آف، فرود و شرایط اضطراری طراحی شده‌اند و باید در بالاترین سطح ایمنی و قابلیت اطمینان عملکرد خود را حفظ نمایند.

 با توجه به نقش ایمنی صندلی‌های مهمانداران، مطابق با مقررات و دستورالعمل‌های فنی هوانوردی، انجام بازرسی‌های دوره‌ای، تعمیرات و اورهال این صندلی‌ها در برنامه‌های نگهداری هواپیما الزامی است. این بازرسی‌ها شامل بررسی سازه‌ای، مکانیزم‌های تاشو یا جمع‌شونده، سیستم‌های قفل‌کننده، کمربندهای ایمنی، اتصالات به بدنه هواپیما، قطعات جذب‌کننده ضربه و الزامات استحکام و ضدحریق می‌باشد.

 فرآیند اورهال صندلی‌های مهمانداران در شرکت ایرسا بر اساس دستورالعمل‌های فنی سازندگان (AMM / CMM)، استانداردهای ایمنی کابین و الزامات سازمان‌های نظارتی هوانوردی انجام می‌شود. در این فرآیند، صندلی‌ها به‌طور کامل دمونتاژ شده، کلیه قطعات مورد بازرسی دقیق قرار می‌گیرند و در صورت نیاز، تعمیر، بازسازی یا تعویض می‌شوند. پس از مونتاژ نهایی، تست‌های عملکردی، ایمنی و استحکام بر روی صندلی‌ها انجام می‌گردد تا آمادگی کامل آن‌ها برای شرایط عملیاتی و اضطراری تضمین شود.
